Collection Inspirations
Resilient Little Thing
This collection was inspired by the superbloom that happens at North Table Mountain in Northern California and the song "Superbloom" by Misterwives. The North Table Mountain Ecological Reserve (Konkow Native Land), which was formed by ancient lava (basalt) flows, is an elevated basalt mesa with spectacular vistas of spring wildflowers, waterfalls, lava outcrops, and a rare type of vernal pool known as Northern Basalt Flow Vernal Pools.
Blue & Green
This collection is inspired by the earth’s tallest living things, Redwoods. Specifically, when you are surrounded by them and you look up to the sky. Their immensity is breathtaking and through their cracks, you see different shades of blue as clouds cover the sky. You can’t figure out where one ends and one begins because the green of the redwoods is towering over you.
Endless Summer
The Endless Summer Collection is inspired by Lake Tahoe in the summertime. More specifically the lake's mesmerizing blues among the mountains. The shades of blue are stunning from crystal clear turquoise & emerald waters to deep blues and teals. Lake Tahoe is the second deepest lake behind Crater lake with depths of 1645 feet. Because of the clearness of the water, the depth can be very deceiving at times, but it results in all the stunning different shades of blue.
